HBO has ordered an eight-episode, one-hour drama series adapted from Crazy Rich Asians, as reported by TV Line and The Wrap. The news follows the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Skydance, according to The Wrap. ComingSoon reported that a trailer initially revealed the anticipated film sequel is instead being developed as a television series. [1][2][3]
